From Owning my own business since the age of 23, being one of the winners at business woman of the year awards at the age of 27, to a director of a successful company in Training and Development Solutions and on the provincial board for The Services Sector Education and Training Authority at 35 years of age, proves that strategies and opportunities is second nature for me.
Working with people of all ages, race, personalities and professional job titles on a daily basis, I have learnt to camouflage and fit in, to my advantage. Most people under estimate me at first but through my motivation and team building, giving credit for achievements and do training to build future achievements I enforce myself as the team leader.
The key to success is to keep your eye on the goal and not make decisions on a personal level but to move forward with integrity.
